Annual T.U.C Youth Explosion Seminar & Cypher:
The Youth Explosion Seminar and Cypher Will Focus on Mental Health and Breaking Down the Stigmas Therein.
With the rise of COVID-19, we have seen the rise of mental health cases amongst our youth!
Teens Under Construction, Inc.'s goal is to address the realities of mental health and how one should not be ashamed or ostracized for going through this. We believe that it is important for everyone in our community to be equipped with understanding the effects of trauma and the societal pressures on mental health.
In the T.U.C Youth Explosion Seminar and Cypher, our youth will engage in conversation and activities such as our hip-hop cypher competition where they will be able to share their perceptions of mental health.
